Good location - pigeons nesting (smelly and droppings) on our veranda adjoining the kitchen not acce Positive: We loved the location because of the great views and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We were close to shops, the beach and pubs. Negative: I was appalled to discover that the veranda had been overtaken by pigeons so we could not use the veranda or open the glass doors onto it (it reaked of course so why would we want to?)The area was covered with pigeon droppings which were in full view at all times from the kitchen. Pigeons were nesting in the corner and pigeons kept flying in. I felt embarrassed to have brought friends to the apartment to celebrate a birthday. In addition, we were disappointed that there were no bar stools so we couldn’t make use of the large island in the kitchen which would normally be the main social space.

Stunning apartment in excellent location Positive: Beautifully decorated apartment. Stunning views. Loved that every room is an en suite. Dog friendly and luxurious Negative: Only minor comment is that we would have liked a recycling option in the courtyard. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Excellent flat in fantastic location. Positive: Fantastic location overlooking the harbour and over towards the Farne Islands with great views from most windows. Very nicely furnished contemporary flat and very spacious. All we needed for a relaxing holiday break and probably the nicest flat we have ever stayed in in terms of location, quality of fittings and layout. Be aware that there are stairs as top floor penthouse so may be unsuitable for some, but broken up in sections and several small landings to make it easier. Negative: Only 1 parking space but some parking available locally and free overnight in local carparks so worked OK. The balcony and seating area at the side wasn't available as contained nesting pigeons but we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. May benefit from closing this off in the future as not particularly nice to look into.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, great views from bedrooms. Very comfortable. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Negative: There were no toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Only hand soap. We couldn't use the balcony because of pigeons.

Incredible rental, incredible views, incredible location Positive: The property is stunning, the location, the views its all exceptional. If we return to Seahouses in the future I would have no hesitation to book this property.
